Litigation Intake Specialist
The candidate will serve as the compassionate voice of the law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential cases, and helping the lawyers manage their meetings. Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with the practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner. Organize paperwork and perform data entry in the case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files. Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth. Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency. Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases. Customer service or sales experience is a plus. CRM and case management software experience is a plus.
