Marketing Director
The candidate will design and direct the firm’s marketing infrastructure and support systems. Develop and direct a methodology for determining appropriate resource levels for specific marketing programs, initiatives, and requests. Develop and oversee annual marketing plan and budget. Partner with business development to devise marketing tactics and resources to support sales and development strategies at the firm, practice group, and individual attorney levels. Develop objectives and accountability measures for external marketing resources including website, branding, PR, advertising, writing, and design functions. Provide leadership, guidance, management, and supervision to professional marketing staff. Oversee and direct technology resources to support CRM platform. Collaborate with internal development, recruiting, finance, and technology teams to ensure an integrated execution plan of the firm’s client experience strategy. Evaluate, manage, and protect firm brand. Generate ideas and execution plans related to all of the above. 10+ years of marketing and business development experience, including at least 5 years leading a team in a law firm environment. Bachelor’s Degree required.
