Product Liability Attorney
The candidate will day-to-day handling of state and federal cases from inception of identifying potential defect theory to trial of the matter. Investigation, drafting and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. Guiding clients through the case process. Interacting with expert witnesses, including preparation of expert reports and affidavits. Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Should have a Law degree from a fully accredited law school. An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. Minimum 7+ years' of product liability experience, including trial, deposition, and motions experience in technical, complex cases, ideally on behalf of plaintiffs. Exceptional research skills. Candidate should be capable of scouring the earth on Westlaw to find applicable caselaw. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills with a close attention to detail.
