Job Summary The Financial Analyst is a high-visibility role tasked with ensuring key decision-making leaders have the information and understanding they need to successfully run the business. The role is responsible for developing and reporting metrics on how the company is performing both financially and operationally.  This role is also charged with building out all levels of assigned departmental expense forecasting and integrating the process with accounting.Essential Roles and Responsibilities % of Time SpentEssential Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities25%Produce monthly budget to actual reports for assigned department leaders and provide analysis for adjusting forecasts20%Develop and maintain front line relationships with Dept leaders to understand revenue and expense drivers and foster a team environment for implementing best practices20%Develop and maintain projection models for assigned areas of the business20%Assist Accounting and Finance with routine and periodic special tasks/projects as assigned15%Assist leadership in analyzing, maintaining, and understanding key performance metrics in assigned core areas of business  Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experienceOutstanding critical thinking skills, an ability to pierce through to the essential underlying drivers, identify problems and develop models and analysis that form the basis for executive decision-makingAbility to arrive at practical, actionable solutions that are executable and with a commitment to a sound financial operating discipline and the company’s strategic goalsUnderstanding of the Quantum Health’s business model and culture as well as the competitive environment for Quantum Health’s services, and have some understanding of the expectations and comparative performance of traditional approaches or competitors in order to be able to properly context Quantum Health’s strategyAbility to lead projects to effectuate decisions and get things done in collaboration with other team members in a way that will achieve the intended goalsProtect and take care of our company and member’s data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policies#LI-AT1 #LI-Hybrid
