The candidate will focus on tax compliance and some compliance review of private equity, venture and real estate funds and serve as a member of various client service teams. Must possess strong technical knowledge of tax planning, consulting, and compliance related to such pass-through entities. In addition to the preparation and review of tax returns, assist managers in identifying client issues and communicating with clients and management. Must possess and maintain strong written and oral presentation skills, conduct research on various client issues, and supervise tax associates.
