Entry-Level Corporate Associate
The candidate should a J.D. Degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Interest and/or experience in general corporate law, including entity formation (private companies, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and joint ventures); financing; due diligence; deal closings). Demonstrated history of project management and willingness to work hard in a team-oriented setting. Excellent academic credentials and professional references, as well as solid legal research, writing, and interpersonal and communication skills. Strong client service ethics. Membership with the Oregon State Bar, Washington State Bar, or eligibility to sit for either is required.
