TheClinical Services Group (CSG)is responsible for the development and implementation of HCA’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) program as well as the expansion of business processes and performance related to HCA's Clinical Agenda.
Nursing Coordinator will provide logistics, administrative, coordination, and data analysis support for the Unit of Distinction program and other projects in support of the nursing agenda. In addition to maintaining systems of efficiency, the Nursing Coordinator will collect, compile and distribute data which supports all assigned projects. Duties include the ability to manage, organize, and analyze program needs. The candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and negotiation skills that foster strong working relationships.
o Monitor, control and, assess, and manage specific project operations and propose opportunities for improvement.
o Partner effectively with key service line leaders to ensure Unit of Distinction program goal alignment.
o Manage all aspects of event planning process for Unit of Distinction programs.
o Proactively identifies and addresses problems that may affect the timely completion of assignments and keeps leadership informed.
o Serves as a resources for the hospital department leaders including providing customer support for the Unit of Distinction program.
o Develops Atlas publications, materials and products to provide both incremental and long-term value (i.e. HCA Nursing Atlas page). Ensures that content is accurate and grammatically correct.
o Provides project coverage and operational support as needed.
o Maintain relevant project documentation.
o Maintain and manage shared mailboxes
o Support and oversee some project-management responsibilities such as agenda and toolkit development, production and distribution of meeting materials, and preparation of required reports on project status and activities.
o Execute project tasks supporting the nursing strategy and assure project action items and project activities are managed consistent with due dates.
o Manage/Track budget expenses for specified projects.
o Other duties, as assigned.
EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION
College Degree and 3 plus years related experience. Experience with SharePoint and Info Path preferred.
