The candidate should have 4-5 years of experience drafting and negotiating design and construction agreements on behalf of owners and contractors on complex development projects, along with knowledge or understanding of insurance, bonding, risk mitigation, and lien law issues. An engineering, architect or construction management degree is preferred. Stellar academics and superior writing skills along with PA bar admission are required.
