• Ensure compliance with client and firm policies.
• Work with internal teams such as litigation support and compliance.

Requirements

• Active member of the Colorado Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, ideally in collections or civil litigation.
• Strong understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and state laws.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Colorado Bar License (Required).
• Additional Bar licenses are advantageous.
