Filing, typing, and using computer software with emphasis on basic word processing and spreadsheet applications. Communicating with employees and management. Coordinating special projects as directed. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan response. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and Boards of Directors. Conduct interviews with employees and management. Summarize depositions, testimony and interrogations. Attend relevant meetings and events. Draft legal documents such as contracts.
