Senior Software Engineers operate as members of multi-disciplinary software product teams, utilizing pair programming and test driven development to delivery amazing results.

Our Practice

Digital Health Solutions: We are focused on delivering the next generation of digital health solutions that help our users live their healthiest lives. These solutions are delivered across many modalities: web, mobile, digital assistant, and others.

Pair Programming: 2 Engineers, 2 Screens, 2 Keyboards, 2 Mice, and 1 Computer. We practice this intense collaboration 8 hours a day because it delivers remarkable results. This also lets us short circuit a formal code review since we're reviewing code 8 hours a day, every day.

Test Driven Development: Writing tests before writing your implementation forces our engineers to understand the problem they are trying to solve at a deeper level. If we can't describe the outcomes we're hoping to achieve, we immediately collaborate with product or design to mature our understanding so we can get back to delivering value for our users.

High Bandwidth Communication: We believe that face to face communication is the most natural, rapid, and clear way to exchange information. Tools like email and instant messaging are not where we invest our time.

You:

Required Qualifications

5 years of Software Engineering experience in a variety of programming languages

Strong communication skills and interest in a pair-programming environment

Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and challenging problems

Experience working directly with clients, leading projects, and mentoring engineers

Experience in CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and agile methodologies

Experience with a major cloud provider

Experience with distributed systems
