Senior Legal Counsel (Lawyer / Attorney)
The candidate will report to a senior member of the Americas (Commercial) Legal team and will be primarily responsible for the following: negotiating various agreements with external clients and vendors; providing legal and business counsel to internal clients to resolve issues; managing external counsel (as applicable); ensuring that all agreements are concluded in accordance with Infosys’ corporate risk parameters and policies and working or leading various department and organization projects as assigned.
