Brokerage Claims Advocate
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that superior claims service is delivered for all clients. Act as the liaison between our client and the insurance carrier to respond to and resolve issues that arise with claims. Ultimately, this position is designed and dedicated to assisting our clients through the claim process to ensure that our client's claims are fully investigated, reserved properly, and all efforts to mitigate the loss are explored. Due to the nature of the work, a Juris Doctorate/Legal Degree would be helpful. Prior industry experience in Workers Compensation, Risk Management, Claims or Insurance is preferred.
