Senior Client Services Representative

The candidate will be responsible for providing outsourcing client services, ensuring rapid response and high satisfaction levels. Provide quality administrative backup to the Director and/or Client Relationships Manager as needed and assist with all aspects of day-to-day operations of the firm’s outsourcing team. Provide outsourcing support to the firm’s clients. Assist the Client Services department with administrative tasks as needed. Assist the Client Services department with maintaining client information (data-entry). Assist with Client Services time and billing process. Monitor and maintain client inbox and processes. Assist and spearhead streamlining of current processes. Maintain and manage client deliverables. Assist with escalations and ad-hoc projects. Assist with monitoring client data integrity. Should have a Bachelor’s degree in related field. 3 years of Client Services experience in the legal industry as well as 2 years of immigration experience are required. Must be proficiency with Microsoft Excel including Pivot tables and Vlookups. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are preferred.
