The candidate will be responsible for taking and transferring phone calls on a multi-line phone system. Greet guests of the office and assist with setting up meetings within the office. Handles data entry for case-related information. They also assist with office tasks such as handling incoming mail. Must have excellent customer service skills and excellent phone skills.
