Construction Associate (Transactional)
The candidate must possess two to six years of experience in the negotiation and drafting of design and construction agreements. Familiar with industry-standard construction and design forms preferred but not required. Real estate development, large industrial capital projects, and/or construction claims resolution experience is a plus. Should have strong academic credentials, a strong work ethic, excellent writing, and research skills, as well as the ability to establish strong client and peer relationships.
