Access Staffing is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Retail Business Analyst.
Key skills include knowledge of Retail planning and buying processes and requirements, Basic Retail Math and an IT background.
This role is 40% technical and 60% functional
in its focus.
This is a direct/permanent position located in Miami, Florida with the corporate headquarters of a billion dollar, publicly-traded retail and wholesale company.

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the design, documentation and designation of work flow to teams; the management and solutions to current planning applications; reviewing new retail trends, concepts and software to assess if they serve corporate planning needs.
This Senior Analyst would be expected to have extensive knowledge of Retail planning, Buying, Financial OTB, and possess a strong business and technical acumen.
Someone who has been on the corporate, business side of retail and is also tehnically proficient would be ideal.
This individual would assist VP in new system roll outs, current system training and enhancements; as well as new software assessments.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
5 years experience in retail planning or wholesale experience.
In depth knowledge of retail business operations, including planning, buying, strategy, and/or open-to-buy
Proficient in SQL/Stored Procedures; PL/SQL a plus
Knowledge of retail math
Project management experience a plus
Proficient in MS Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and decision making skills
Ability to interact with varying personalities
Ability to prioritize and multitask, to work independently under pressure, think analytically, and trouble shoot problems
Expertise in structured testing methodology, including conducting Systems Test and User Acceptance Testing
BA or BS degree in related field preferred
