The candidate should have 2-5 years of defense litigation experience. Ability to interact with clients, draft pleadings and discovery demands, conduct depositions, perform legal research and draft dispositive motions. Excellent research, writing and communication skills. Substantive familiarity with the rules and procedures of the New York Courts is a must. Must be licensed to practice in New York. Being licensed to practice in New Jersey is a plus.
