The candidate will provide strategic guidance, consultation, and support to the executive team and Board of Directors on a comprehensive range of legal issues involved in carrying out the mission of the Leavitt Group. Serve as a thought partner to the Executive Management team and Board. Provide legal advisory services related to affiliations, mergers, acquisitions, financing mechanisms, and employment contracts and covenants. Collaborate closely with departments and key committees and be responsible for leading, assessing, mentoring, and supporting members to ensure daily legal operations are handled timely and appropriately. Should be completed degree(s) from an accredited institution. Should have J.D. from an American Bar Association accredited law school. Should have 10+ years of experience directly related to corporate structure, affiliations, M&A, banking/finance, employment contracts and covenants Member in good standing of US State or DC Bar is needed.
