The candidate will be working directly with attorneys and clients during closings and corporate transactions; Responsible for ongoing assignments with specific clients and attorneys and assisting attorneys with preparing corporate documents. Become quickly involved as a team member, providing key assistance to the transaction teams to which are assigned. Should have a four-year college degree. Must possess leadership skills and detail-oriented mindset, ability to adapt to new situations and work well in a team environment, helpful attitude, the ability to maintain confidential information, exercise good judgment and follow through on assigned tasks.
