Responsibilities

The Senior Value-Based Programs Professional advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

2 years of Provider Network experience

2 years experience in data analytics and reporting

Proven experience with Problem solving day to day issues is required

1 years Cross functional leadership experience and maintain relationships with Stakeholders

Proven experience communicating with Executive Leadership and Physician grou

Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Microsoft Excel(pivot tables), SQL is required

Must be process and detail oriented and have strong communication skills.
