Desired Qualifications & Requirements

This position is full-time, in-person, Mon-Fri, and on call, as needed 

·        Must be a dedicated plaintiff’s attorney with the drive and passion to help victims of sexual abuse and assault

·        Must have minimum 3 years of experience in civil litigation, trial prep, depositions, discovery, law & motion/drafting

·        Trial experience is a bonus but not required

·        Experience in sexual abuse cases is a plus but also not required

·        All employees are required to have their COVID vaccinations 

Education/License/Certification

• Active CA State Bar License 
• Active UT State Bar License (if possible)

This position has a base salary of 125 to 150K. 

A summary of our company benefits are as follows:

• 12 Paid Holidays per Year
• 10 Paid Vacation days per Year
• Sick Time in accordance with CA Law
• Medical Insurance:
  • Range of PPO and HMO plans to choose from (BlueCross, Aetna, Health Net, Kaiser, etc.)
  • Employee Only portion is $75/month or Employee + Family portion is $150/month (no matter which plan is selected)
  • Eligible for coverage on the 1st of the month after 30 full days of employment
• Retirement Plans:
  • Annual Safe Harbor Plan – Company contributes 3% of the employee’s annual eligible salary (whether the employee contributes or not)
  • Annual Profit-Sharing Plan – Company contributes 4.5% of the employee’s annual eligible salary (whether the employee contributes or not)
  • Annual Cash Balance Plan – Company contributes $1000 (includes interest)
  • Eligible for Retirement Plan contributions & enrollment after 1 full year of service
• The position is not open for relocation
