Conduct discovery. 2+ years of experience preferred as an intellectual property litigation attorney and active Georgia Bar membership in good standing. Superb legal research skills. Outstanding writing and organizational skills. Excellent academic credentials and referrals. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 2+ years of experience to assist the Litigation Group in trademark infringement, copyright infringement, TTAB proceedings, and anti-counterfeiting and other general intellectual property litigation, as well as trademark portfolio management, licensing, and media work.
