The candidate should have 6-10 years of experience representing health care providers, health service vendors, health technology companies, and investors in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations and roll-ups and with a working knowledge of federal and applicable state regulatory considerations involved in health care transactions, including certificate of need, corporate practice of medicine, licensure, change of ownership, reimbursement and Stark and Anti-Kickback requirements. Experience representing both non-profit and for-profit health care clients, such as private equity investors and portfolio companies is required. Should be licensed to practice in a New England state, New York, New Jersey or Pennsylvania.
