Level 2 Engineer

The candidate will research and troubleshoot desktop systems hardware and software problems as well as administer the installation, removal, replacement, and maintenance of the Firm’s computers, laptops, printers, and other communications and computer systems and peripherals, including video conferencing and other specialized devices; will also perform routine and periodic maintenance of Firm communication and computer systems, as well as installation and maintenance of practice-specific software. Must have a minimum of three years of computer networks and systems maintenance experience and a proven track record of maintaining IT PMO structure. MOS, MSCA, HDI, CompTia A+, CompTIA Security+ CompTIA Network+ certifications are highly desirable.
