Unit Description
Sodexo is seeking a System Support Specialist at Nebraska Medicine. The System Support Specialist will support all systems and technology for all Food & Nutrition operations to include At Your Request (AYR) patient feeding (Health Touch, Epic), Infor POS system, Quickcharge/MM Hayes Badge and Card Management systems, Starbucks Connect and mobile ordering. 
 
This position is on-site at Nebraska Medicine with a primarily Monday-Friday schedule. The salary range is competitive and based on experience with a rich benefits package that kicks in day 1. The System Support Specialist will

oversee all filed support tickets and manage upkeep on equipment
support and troubleshoot network and systems for all Food & Nutrition operations (Infor POS system, HealthTouch, Epic, Quickcharge/MM Hayes Badge and Card Management systems, Staburcks Connect and mobile ordering systems)
provide assistance and training to new hires during onboarding process with all systems and Ingenium 
assist with catering billing and upkeep of Catertrax
help with daily financial systems and daily reporting 

The ideal candidate will be

experienced in tech support and with troubleshooting systems and technology
tech-savvy with computer programs and have the ability to translate technical language to the average person
proficient with Health Touch, Epic, and/or Infor POS highly preferred
highly interpersonal with proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
extremely organized, detail oriented, and results driven

Position Summary
Responsible for the management, administration and maintenance of systems\\applications supporting functional areas the likes of Finance, HR, Payroll, Purchasing, Training, etc. This includes developing methods and procedures for training, testing, data integrity and inclusion, implementation and coordination of data systems. May also perform non-technical duties the likes of developing communications, training and procedural documents, performing audits, identifying and recommending process improvements, etc.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
