Financial Services Partner
Candidate will have a broad range of experience dealing in all areas of Commercial Lending. Should have the ability to represent lenders in both commercial real estate loan transactions and commercial and industrial loan transactions. The ability to represent borrowers and Real Estate owners in all areas of real estate transactions to include purchase and sale of retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties would be ideal but not mandatory. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and 7+ years of experience and is licensed to practice in NC.
