Experience in representing public companies, private equity firms, and/or other private companies in connection with corporate and securities laws matters, including mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting matters, capital markets, and/or corporate governance matters, is required. Must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as excellent academic credentials.
