Associate Staff Analyst/staff Analyst I-ii
The candidate will be responsible for planning & coordinating field surveys and updating/creating as built drawings for the installation of all Automated Fare Collection (AFC) equipment; managing the inspection of all AFC equipment installations, including Turnstiles, MetroCard Vending Machines, ADA Farecard Access Systems, railings & gates. Will also coordinate with the AFC Maintenance office to ensure the functionality of all AFC equipment in all control areas. Responsibilities will also include: providing AFC work plans; tracking upcoming AFC projects; maintaining departmental tools such as databases to forecast future work assignments on a weekly and monthly basis, and tracking and monitoring employee training.
