Student Financial Regulatory Research Assistant
The candidate will conduct research of specific state regulatory requirements, record citations, and interpret/summarize key regulatory items. Will be providing guidance and support to federal and state regulatory affairs team, conduct research of all US states and territories in matters pertaining to post secondary education, record and disseminate all research and findings. Develop accountability checklists on specific post-secondary state licensing requirements. Conduct specific, targeted research in areas of post secondary state licensure requirements. Develop a tracking mechanism for the research and prepare the appropriate compliance checklists. Collaborate with state regulatory and federal regulatory affairs team to determine processes and next steps regarding licensure. Special projects as assigned.

Requisite no: 209. Work hours: 30-35 hrs per week for 4-6 months.
