Supervisor, Client Intake

Duties: Responsible for the direct supervision of the Client Intake team of NLLG. Provides superior customer relations to all Clients, Consumer Litigation teams of Debt Settlement Company. Continually works to improve all Client Relations areas. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Structure is likely to change in the future. Directs all processes of Client Intake department. Prepares and maintains reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Tracks team production on a daily basis. Verifies team members are meeting daily goals. Assist Attorneys and Legal assistants with obtaining the proper legal documents to activate case defense Creates workflow to better serve across the NLLG platform. Manages tracking of client activity/inactivity and system’s client information Provide key input for policy and procedures for Client Relations staff and Litigation Teams Direct support to Consumer Litigation department. Ensure that all staff manage time properly, including: time clock, time off requests, PTO and missed punched forms Performs other duties as required and assigned.
