Midlevel IP Associate, Patent Agent, or Technical Specialist
The candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Should have 4+ years of patent prosecution experience and technical background in Biology, Chemistry, and/or Materials Science. Experience in intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent prosecution and strategic patent portfolio counseling, is required. Professional, working proficiency in the Korean language is required. USPTO registration is not required. Must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Should have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a time and energy commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
