Profile

As an intern on the One Medical Performance Excellence (PEx) team, you will be on the forefront of supporting the organization's execution on its top priorities. The Performance Excellence Team is composed of distinct functions: Performance Innovation, Health System Partnership Operations, Strategic Operations, Member Experience, and supporting integration efforts. The team partners with clinical operations and central teams (i.e. strategy, people experience, etc.) to improve consumer healthcare. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Performance Excellence and as a member of the PEx Team, you will work closely with all of these functions, getting a first hand experience in learning what it takes to support core clinical operations. ,
