  • Draft Judicial Council forms, Marital Settlement Agreements (MPAs), discovery requests, and trial briefs.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of California Family Law, Rules of Court, and Rules of Civil Procedure.
  • Develop strategic approaches to family law cases, considering the unique circumstances of each client.
  • Utilize trial experience to effectively represent clients in court proceedings.
  • Exhibit exceptional writing and research skills to produce high-quality legal documents.
  • Embrace constructive feedback as an opportunity for professional growth.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents.
