Health Care Transactions / Associate
The candidate will support our specialty healthcare transactions practice, including acquisition of physician and dental practices and behavioral health providers, supporting a team that represents Private Equity investors and portfolio companies. Must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm and/or in-house experience, with superb writing (including drafting) and communication skills. Should have 4+ years of transactional healthcare experience and counseling in specialty health and/or behavioral health services.
