Duties:

• Handle client communication and maintain effective client relationships.
• Take and defend depositions in premises liability cases.
• Conduct research and draft legal documents related to premises liability matters.
• Lead mediations and negotiate settlements for clients.
• Develop effective case strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Represent clients in premises liability cases at trial.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of successful experience in Premises Liability law.
• Background in Personal Injury work.
• Proven track record in litigation.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Tennessee State Bar.
• Experience in drafting and responding to motions.
• Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Tennessee State Bar.
