The candidate should have J.D or LL.M. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Must have 7-10 years experience in law firm or in-house with 3-5 years related experience; or 5 years related experience with a healthcare certification. Coordinates the administrative work efforts of legal department staff, as may be delegated by the General Counsel, and serves as a legal advisor to provide guidance on a variety of legal opinions in reviewing and evaluating physician contracts, managed care contracts and supply chain agreements. Provides support to achieve organizational goals and strategies to conform to legal requirements.
