The candidate should have 3-5 years of employment law experience to join its Labor & Employment practice group. Must have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills and experience in employment litigation, including class action work. Second chair trial or first chair hearing experience, experience taking and defending depositions, and a background in employment counseling issues is required. Also, prior employment with an AmLaw 100 law firm and prior experience in a federal clerkship is preferred.
