Web & Digital Engagement Associate,

you will assist clients on the implementation of web & digital consulting packages, and internal teams on crafting the best web tactics and strategies for our hospital web & digital solutions.

What you will do:

Perform analytic functions on client web properties, to uncover and report quantitative data

Assist in the creation of web and digital consulting deliverables such as documentation, PowerPoint decks, internal training materials, etc.

Work with cross-functional Fusion Services teams to construct optimal web experiences for conversion

Prepare reports on results of web & digital client engagements

Grow to become a valuable SME on Healthgrades hospital web & digital consumer solutions, as part of the Fusion Services team

Act as a resource for internal teams and clients for questions on Healthgrades hospital web & digital solutions such as microsites, enterprise websites, webform solutions, and more.

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3 years of client-facing experience

Task-oriented mentality with the ability to contribute to more strategic discussions and efforts

Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative input into actionable insights

Demonstrable, referenceable experience with and professionalism in client-facing meetings and calls

Collaborative, team-oriented approach to projects w/ ability to adjust communication methods based on group dynamics

Competence in Microsoft Office Suite

Above-average competency in web and internet technologies, terminologies, and major browsers/operating systems

Experience working with websites and web-related applications and products is a must

5-10% travel anticipated

Experience in an agency environment a plus
