Client Service Associate
Duties: Building long-term relationships with clients and custodian service teams. Acting as a liaison to clients’ other trusted advisors (accountants, attorneys, and the like). Anticipating client needs and concerns, and delivering solutions prior to client requests. Ensuring tracking and execution of estate and philanthropic strategies. Researching and responding to client inquiries and issues across a variety of areas including philanthropic grant making, private air travel, and overseas travel. Managing new client onboarding and account opening processes. Working with custodian client service teams to facilitate client transactions. Managing cash balances and private banking services in accounts, including processing check and wire requests, account reconciliation, and bill pay. Creating and maintaining client files in CRM and other systems. Assisting Firm in adhering to regulatory compliance and operational policies and procedures.
