Insurance & Reinsurance – Associate
The candidate should have 8+ years of experience. Should preferably have extensive insurance coverage experience with a firm understanding of third-party coverage issues, particularly under the general liability and professional liability insurance policies. In addition, should have experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, discovery and discovery motion practice, preparing for and taking depositions, and courtroom experience. First chair experience is a plus. California Bar admission (active status) and experience litigating in California state and federal courts is required. Must have excellent academic credentials, superior research and writing ability, maturity and excellent communication skills.
