The candidate will work closely and collaboratively with Legal team colleagues, as well as with business clients and leaders throughout the company, advising on legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to commercial deals and partner programs. Structuring, drafting, reviewing and negotiating business development, channel reseller, strategic alliance, technology partnership, and other commercial agreements. Developing, maintaining and improving form agreements for firm's technology and commercial partner programs with a focus on scalability. Working cross-functionally with business development, alliances, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure that contractual terms are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies and practices. Responding promptly to legal requests from client groups and delivering timely, pragmatic, and business-focused legal advice to clients.
