Legal Billing Coordinator
The candidate will accurately generate client invoices (both paper and electronic) in high volume; assess and implement complex billing processes based on client requirements; ensure billing processes are in compliance with established firm policies and procedures; resolve invoicing issues after submission to clients, including (but not limited to) payment issues and monitoring client e-billing systems; and collaborate with other team members and administrative departments. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills; self-motivation and flexibility to meet the changing demands of the position; ability to work independently while organizing and prioritizing numerous projects/tasks with competing deadlines; proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion. Preference of experience in a professional service organization.
