The candidate will assist in gathering the critical records needed for each client’s case. Sending out necessary faxes, letters, etc. Providing customer support. Perform general clerical Duties. Ensure that every case is being handled swiftly and with the highest levels of service. Previous personal injury experience or Spanish language skills are a plus. Attention to detail required. Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
