Profile

Visually inspect meat for quality.

Must be able to work in cool/warm/damp area.

Use of hands and fingers to perform necessary checks.

Retrieve daily equipment. (Watch, hold tags)

Record and maintain accurate records for Production Quality.

Must be able to communicate with managers and report their findings.

All other duties assigned by manager.

Must be able to maneuver freely throughout the plant

Must be able to tolerate walking, standing for duration of shift

Must be able to lift 40 pounds plus

Must be able to use hands, lifting, bending, and twisting
