Senior Ethics and Compliance Advisor

Duties: The candidate will perform intake of enterprise allegations, issues, and inquiries received on the Ethics Line, web portals, and other channels. Ensure timely, thorough, and quality case management. Direct interaction with the report's to document information and gain clarity on issues. Determine appropriate allegations to assign to cases based upon the Employee Correction Action Process Requirements (ECAPR). Identify cases of high risk and proactively determine the appropriate partner to assign the issue. Engage, partner, and consult with partners across the enterprise (Corporate Investigations, Human Resources, Law, Product and Services Safety, Quality, Security, Global Compliance, etc.). Assess and mitigate risk to the company. Analyze data, reports, and statements with the ability to interpret information. Maintain attention to detail, accuracy, and thorough documentation. Ask questions, and remain curious and inquisitive. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, specifically at an executive audience level. Identify ways to enhance, develop, and streamline processes. Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed.
