Duties: Responding to alleged violations of policies, procedures, and standards of Code of Business Conduct and Ethics by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures. Lead investigations of allegations of violations of law or policy, as may be needed. Provide input into and develop policies, procedures and guidance documents. Lead and assist in developing and delivering effective training on the investigations process and the anti-bribery anti-corruption program. Provide legal support to partners on laws, codes and regulations. Stay on top of legislative and regulatory developments. Help identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution of issues, and provide guidance on remedies.
