IP Litigation Associate
The candidate should have 3 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, preferably including litigation involving patent rights. The position will involve representation of biopharma manufacturers, research institutions and universities in patent, inventorship, licensing and other contract disputes before U.S. courts, in arbitral proceedings, in the International Trade Commission, and in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Experience working with life sciences companies and/or universities is preferred. A science degree is desirable.
