Bi-Lingual Pre-Litigation Case Manager
The candidate respond to a high volume of telephone calls with skill and effectiveness. The individual in this role is the first person a potential client may talk to regarding a personal injury and is an integral member of the client support team. Interacts with potential clients at a stressful moment in their lives to inform them of selected services that the firm might offer and to gather information regarding the accident and injury. Will work closely with Attorneys and Case Managers to open a case and ensure that all initial information necessary to provide assistance to the client is in the record. Should be bi-lingual (Spanish/English), have 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service role and be familiar with insurance claim processing. Excellent customer service skills, computer skills, and a positive attitude are necessary. Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office products customarily used in business is required.
