The candidate will have 3 to 6 years of prior patent litigation experience to include prior Hatch-Waxman and ANDA experience. Preferred background will include an undergraduate degree in chemistry, biology, molecular biology, chemical engineering, pharmacy or biochemistry. Strong writing, analytical, legal research skills and excellent academic credentials required.
